Consulting — Advisory services to help our customer analyse and improve the efficiency of a business or technology operations and its strategies. Consulting services include two sub-segments: business and IT consulting.

Business Consulting — Business consulting services are advisory services that would typically preface, enables or influences the adoption of IT, which includes business transformation (People, Process & Technology) and focuses more on business process transformation, business process redesign or re-engineering, business performance improvement, risk management, governance and sourcing advisory.

IT Consulting — IT consulting services are advisory services that would help clients assess their current capabilities and plan for future capabilities based on business drivers. These services support client’s IT initiatives by providing strategic, architectural, and operational implementation plan and roadmap. Strategic planning includes advisory services that help clients assess their IT needs and formulate system implementation plans. Architecture planning includes advisory services that combine strategic plans and knowledge of emerging technologies to create the logical design of the system and the supporting infrastructure to meet customer requirements. Operational assessment/benchmarking include services that assess the operating efficiency and capacity of a client's IT environment. Implementation planning includes services aimed at advising customers on the rollout and testing of new solution deployments.

IT Management — IT management services provide day-to-day management and operation of IT assets and processes. As such, they represent the core value IT Operations, which are divided into three key sub-segments: Infrastructure services, application management services and help desk management services.
